How the marketplace works
vServe is a MARKETPLACE, not the party performing the service. Customers find and book here; providers accept and deliver. The platform does two things: verify provider identity, and keep every order traceable — who took it, at what price, completed when.
How far verification goes
Four levels, each stating exactly one specific thing — no more.
- 1From the public business registerTaken from the public business register. Nobody has claimed this profile yet.
- 2Profile claimedThe owner verified a phone number and matched the tax ID against the national business register.
- 3VerifiedvServe read the business licence and checked it against the profile.
- 4Payout verifiedThe bank account name matches the legal entity — the highest level, because money only reaches the real owner.
vServe does NOT vet professional practice licences and does NOT cross-check providers against any ministry register. For services requiring certification, ask the provider for a copy before signing.
An ownership link we state upfront
vServe's chairman also owns MAN, an audit and tax advisory firm that is a provider on this marketplace. We say it rather than let someone find it: MAN pays the same commission and passes the same verification ladder as every other provider — no ranking priority, no special badge, no undisclosed terms.
